Call for videos!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us your story.  We know how much you have been through and how challenging it can be; sharing your story can help inspire others and give them hope.  We are honored to add your video to our community of stories as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the SADS Foundation.

Please take a short video (2-3 minutes) that tells us about you and your experiences and send it to Anne Maurer at Anne@sads.org.

Things to include in your video:

• Your name (no last names)
• Location
• What your diagnosis is (if you have one)
• When you were diagnosed
• What you have been through
• How things have changed for you and your family since the diagnosis
• Who has been there for you and supported you through this time
• Since it's our 20th Anniversary, we would love it if you could wish the SADS Foundation a happy birthday!

Your video will be placed on our SADS YouTube Channel and made into a larger Anniversary video for our website and will premiere at the SADS Foundation 6th International Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 13, 2012.
