TRINA JUANA EVERETT
SADS Foundation:Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndromes Foundation
Fund in Memory of
TRINA JUANA EVERETT
Donate Now
Family and friends have established this memorial fund in Trina's honor. The funds raised here will support the families and save the lives of children and young people with heart rhythm abnormalities and help raise awareness of SADS conditions around the world.
Our daughter Trina died suddenly in February 2004. She was only 23 and was pregnant with her second child. When she died she had a 11 mo. old little girl. She was our miracle because the Dr.'s had told us that we could not have any more children and God blessed us with Trina.
We had never heard of SADS before Trina's death. After getting her final autopsy back and her death being ruled Undetermined I contacted the SADS Foundation. This was the first time I had heard of Long QT Syndrome. Since then my oldest daughter, myself and now our 12 yr. grandson(who was diagnosed) this pass February have Long QT Syndrome 1. As bad as it was to lose Trina, she had become our angel saving our 3 lives as well as a little 7 yr. old boy we don't know because of us letting other know the signs to look for. God uses situations that bring us sadness to bring something good out of it. We miss Trina every day and will keep her memory living and telling her story to other and educating people about SADS
