Two of my grandchildren are living with implants. Alexis was diagnosed after a visit to Florida and passing out in my pool. Since then I have had the genetic testing and don't have it, however my daughter and her two children do. Both childen have implants now. Allie had a bad scare that took four tries with an AED to bring her back. Most all of my children have at least had the ecg test and nothing was found. My ex husband is deceased and cannot be tested. Still not sure where it came from but it doesn't matter, I guess. I would like to encourage all to keep an AED handy in the schools, home or wherever you are! Gloria

What a good story--with such a happy ending! And, it sounds like you've really tried to expand your family pedigree and find everyone who should get tested--and then treated. Way to go!
