We've had some calls in the office recently about Life Insurance problems or denials and I'd like to get some feed back from the board on this. Have any of you got some life insurance stories to share with us? Have you applied and been denied? How did your diagnosis affect your rates? Did you find certain companies to be more helpful than others?

Around fifteen years ago, around the time I was first diagnosed, I was denied life insurance when I applied on my own. I am only able to be covered by life insurance through my group plan at work.

Hi, I have not been able to get life insurance on my 8 year old. I haven't tried in a few years but i have been denied by just about every life insurance company there is! Christine
