SADS Foundation :: Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndromes Foundation

Hello,

My name is Corinne and I am the mom of Olivia. My daughter Olivia was only 14 years old when she died due to LQTS April 22, 2004.

I am trying to reach out to parents in California with hopes of forming a SADS Chapter. Not quite sure how to go about this so here I am reaching out. If there are other parents in California who are interested in working with me on this, I would love to hear from you.

I miss my daughter so very much and I do not want her death to be in vain. Anyone with any ideas, plans or thoughts, I would love to hear from you.

Let us continue to keep our childrens' memories alive and honor them by educating as many parents as possible. I never even heard of LQTS until my daughter died. I wonder how many other parents are also unaware.

Corinne, I'm so sorry about your daughter, Iknow pain is truly unbearable, I lost my son Jimmy April 15, 2000 and 2 years later my daughter Crissy died on July 25, 2002, we all have long qt, and the Dr didn't find it in time to save Jimmy and Crissy, I no your pain all to well. Maybe we can put our heads together and work together, With the internet anything is possiable. After all we are working on the same things, helping other and keeping our childrens memory alive.
