Honor Your Doctor Recognition
Honor Your Doctor Recognition!
Say
THANK YOU!
to your Doctor for the wonderful care s/he provides!
Support the Medical Education Programs of the SADS Foundation!
We genuinely thank you in advance for your dedication to the SADS Foundation and for honoring your doctor in order to support Medical Education about SADS conditions!
Thousands of young lives are saved through our Medical Education Program that includes an International Scientific Advisory Council, Physician Referral Network, Medical Education Committee, and Research Committee. The SADS Foundation in collaboration with these experts offers medical seminars and webinars as well as printed materials to further educate health care professionals about specific diseases and the latest in treatment and research.
