Brittany's Trees
Brittany's Trees
Event Location:
Carol Stream, Illinois, and surrounding neighborhoods
Event Date:
The 1st Saturday after Thanksgiving Day
This wonderful holiday tradition was established in 2005 by Tony Valene and Jim Guthrie to celebrate the holidays in memory of eight-year-old
Brittany Valene
, who died due to complications of Long QT Syndrome. Brittany's vibrant spirit inspired her family, friends and neighbors in Carol Stream, Illinois, to place a glowing Christmas tree in each neighbor's yard, representing Brittany's heart. Brittany's Trees began with 22 trees and has continued to grow since its beginning with more than 2,000 trees displayed each year as more and more people catch the spirit.
Order a Christmas tree beautifully decorated with elegant white lights for your yard and the Brittany's Trees team will deliver it to your home and pick it up after the holidays.
For more information about Brittany's story and how to order a tree, visit website:
