Anne Jolly, my long-time friend and compatriot, has been awarded an MBE in the Queen’s New Year Honour list for the charitable work she has done. Here’s how the honors list reads: Mrs. Anne Judith Jolly Founder and Manager, Sudden Adult Death Trust UK. For services to Raising Awareness of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome A Member of the Order of the British Empire ( MBE ) is awarded for a significant achievement or outstanding service to the community. An MBE is also awarded for local 'hands-on' service which stands out as an example to other people. Anne and John (see photo below) are going to Buckingham Palace on the 28th Feb. for the ceremony. One of the Royal family will make the presentation to Anne. Watch our website for photos of Anne getting the award.
