1) Apply a parent’s perspective – one who has experienced sudden death and loss of two children – to the need for cascade screening and postmortem genetic testing

2) Identify the pathology and causes of sudden cardiac death and identify how to improve accuracy in a sudden death case in someone < 35 years of age

3) Summarize a multidisciplinary approach with postmortem genetic testing –  and clinical evaluation of surviving family members – to help form a diagnostic pathway and establish preventative strategies for the family
