A fun, full-day event aimed to educate and support adolescents and young adults with ICDs and their families.
Connecting is a one-day event aimed to provide support and education to adolescents and young adults with ICDs and their families. This free event will be filled with fun activities such as yoga, tai chi and biofeedback, as well as guest lectures and support groups. Attendees will be asked to complete a set of brief questionnaires prior to and following the event. Complimentary breakfast, lunch and parking will be pro-vided for event attendees. Come make new friends and try new activities in a relaxed and safe atmosphere!
