Patient Day is and event held to honor patients with rare diseases.
This year there will be an "Earth Day" themed day of food, games, refreshments, living music and will there will be the opportunity to meet peole dedicated to work on rare disease treatments. Children are more than welcome to attend!
Bouce Houses, Face Painting, Ballon Artists, Live Music, Food Trucks, and More!
Guests
are welcome and a link will be provided for guest registration once the inital registration is completed.
Schedule
11:00 am Food, Games, Activites
12:30 pm to 1:30 pm Presentations on Stage
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm Entertainment, including Live Music
Travel
A limited number of travel scholarships will be given. Requirements are as follows:
Be a patient who is not participating in select Ultragenyx or Audentes sponsored clinical trials, or
Be a family member of a patient, or
Be involved in a patient organization
The deadline for scholarship considerations is February 20, 2017.
