SADS Young Investigator Award 2010
The 2010 awards were administered by the Pediatric and Congenital EP Society (PACES), and were presented at the annual PACES evening meeting, Wednesday, May 12th, at Heart Rhythm 2010, the Heart Rhythm Society’s 31st Annual Scientific Sessions. The Awards were presented to Suraj Kapa (below left with Dr. Mike Ackerman) for his research on genetic testing for LQTS and to Edward Glasscock (below right) for his research on Potassium Channel Deficiency Reveals Brain-Driven Cardiac Dysfunction as a Candidate Mechanism for Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy.
